Our doctors and staff of the Ueno Center are fully committed to providing quality dental/health care in a personalized atmosphere. We are a proud team, whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal and oral health services available today. We want to ensure you that the services rendered are performed in the most responsible manner. Therefore all surgical fees and payments will be determined once you have been seen at our office for an evaluation.

At the Ueno Center, we accept all insurances and are in-network with Delta and Metlife. Please be aware that your dental insurance may be restricted and designed to cover only a limited portion of treatment. Dental insurance is not and never has been a guideline for quality and effective care. Your doctor will devise a treatment plan that he/she feels is in the best interest of your health. Please provide the details of your insurance plan prior to your visit so we can ensure that our staff’s ability to maximize your benefits. Please ask our financial coordinator for more details.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
